James Zabeila, a DJ with an affinity for ... (drum roll, please)... Depeche Mode. In that same vein, Buddah Bar vol. 1-12 (a collection of ambient, easy listening artists), Madonna's Confessions on a Dancefloor, Groove Armada - (yeah, I know, "Gay much?"). Looking at my library, I have to think that when I was 18 and looking at getting Led Zeppelin's 'Swan Song' tattooed on my back, I would have sooner eaten your boogers than admit that I'd have a large selction of electronica/dance music. Now, I really can't listen to more than a few bars of anything Zep. Long Live Ibiza!

I also am hesitant to admit this, but I too have grown somewhat weary of Zep. Every "Classic Rock" station seems to play a Zep tune every third or fourth song. I still love some of their more obscure stuff, but if I hear "Stairway" one more time, I think I will start electrocuting lemmings.

I grew weary of Staircase soon after it was a new hit, they played it 24-7 then (1972?)
But not as sick as I became of Bye Bye Miss American Pie

Thanks to a lysergic-fuled '69 VW bus blown engine en route from Sioux Falls, SD to Chicago, IL in late November '92, which left me stranded in Lodi, WI, I can no longer listen to anything by the Doors without smelling burnt oil.

I rediscovered Zep when I burned copies of the 3 disc How The West Was Won - some brutal live Zep. Some great, great stuff.

Thank darwin for my local library as I constantly find good stuff there (and I deem it fair use under applicable copryight law - but have a feeling the RIAA might disagree)

And many thanks for the torrent sites, I'm signed up and ready to check them out, too! Whenever I need to do a couple hours reading/studying, I put on a We Love Space from Ibiza - nothing better!
